PS 502M is a 109,000 sq. ft. new construction educational facility located in New York, developed by the New York City School Construction Authority, which also performed the construction management and design. The project features a six-story concrete structure with a rainscreen envelope, with Navillus serving as the General Contractor and SCA as the client. The scope of work included the entire rainscreen envelope, windows, curtain wall systems, storefronts, interior glass, and vestibules, supporting both exterior façade and interior glazing requirements. The project was completed in September 2024.
